in the News...

The Lebanon Daily News reported on the March 14, 2011 Cornwall Borough council meeting.

Cornwall Manor residents watched as citizens of the borough raised concerns about lack of funding for the police department and funding for a park rehabilitation in Rexmont.

Resident Brad Doxtater and his daughter, Madelyn, addressed the council representing the Friends of Rexmont Park, a newly formed group trying to raise money to renovate the old Rexmont carnival grounds as a community park.

"We see the park as crime prevention" Doxtater said. "We would like to see if any recreation funding is available."

Vice President Steve Lazorcik, who serves as chair of the recreation committee, said he would like to meet with Doxtater's group.
